Cancellation Policy of Alila Diwa :

• Low Season (01st October 2010 to 31st October 2010 and 01st May 2011 to 15th May 2011):
  A cancellation fee equivalent to two nights will be charged for each room cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival.

• High Season (01st November 2010 to April 30th 2011):
  A cancellation fee equivalent to three nights will be charged for each room cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival.

• Peak Season (22nd December 2010 to 05th January 2011):
  A cancellation fee equivalent to full stay will be charged for each room cancelledless than 72 hours prior to arrival.
  Cancellation fee of two nights will be levied for each room cancelled fourteen (14) days prior to arrival.

No Shows Policy of Alila Diwa :

• Peak Season (22nd December 2010 to 05th January 2011):
  A no - show fee equivalent to the entire stay will be charged for each room.

• High Season (01st November 2010 to April 30th 2011):
  A no - show fee equivalent to 3 nights will be charged for each room.

• Low Season (01st October 2010 to 31st October 2010 and 01st May 2011 to 15th May 2011)::
  A no show fee equivalent to 3 nights will be charged for each room.
