Tucked away amidst breathtaking valleys and lush greenery, Dandeli represents the ultimate paradise for a nature lover. Situated on the banks of the majestic Kali River this wilderness camp is one that combines the ruggedness of the jungle with the reassuring comforts of home.

DAY 01: Start off by road to Dandeli early in the morning. On arrival (early afternoon) check into your tent accommodation at the Kali Wilderness and Adventure Camp. After lunch relax amidst nature. Early evening tea over and you are ready for a ride on the river in native saucer shaped coracles made of bamboo and tanned buffalo hide. This is just the time for bird watching and spotting the occasional crocodile lazing on the banks. Return to the campsite to freshen up. Elephant ride is optional and payable directly. For those who do not want to ride the elephant the rest of the evening is free to relax. After an early dinner sit by the bon fire for an audio visual on wild life. Overnight at the Camp.

DAY 02: Start your day with an early morning cup of tea/coffee and then depart for a pre dawn safari into the jungle in open jeeps (pre dawn is the best time for spotting wildlife) and visit the prehistoric Kavla Caves. On your return to the camp, breakfast will be served after which you are free to relax. The adventurous can take a nature walk and visit a tribal village with a naturalist. Return back to the camp for lunch. After lunch depart for Goa.

CARRY: Light warm clothing, towels, sunscreen lotion, sun hat, camera, comfortable footwear, mosquito repellant and PASSPORTS.
